Entity and licensing disclosures

Real Money Masters, LLC is a financial education firm and a licensed life insurance agency. Insurance products are offered through our licensed life insurance agents, who are licensed in all 50 states. License numbers are not published on this site; they are available on request.

Compensation

We do not charge a separate fee for the education, consultations, and implementation support described on this site. If an insurance policy is purchased through our licensed agents, they receive compensation from the issuing insurer. Insurance premiums, policy costs, loan interest, and any lender fees still apply. We do not originate loans and receive no compensation from lenders.

Educational limitations and illustrations

Everything on this site, in our sessions, tools and member app is educational. It is not investment, legal or tax advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy or replace any product. We are not certified financial advisors, attorneys or accountants. Consult qualified professionals before making any financial decision.

Calculators and worked examples are illustrative and depend on the information entered and simplified assumptions. They do not provide a personalized recommendation, loan approval or insurance illustration. Only the guaranteed column of a carrier-issued illustration is guaranteed; dividends are not guaranteed. Past results of other clients do not predict yours.

Insurance and borrowing risks

  • Real Money Masters is not a bank. Whole life insurance is a life insurance contract, not a bank deposit or savings account; it is not FDIC-insured. “Banking” in Infinite Banking and Velocity Banking describes a financing approach, not a banking service.   • Guarantees depend on the claims-paying ability of the issuing insurer.
  • Dividends are not guaranteed.
  • Whole life insurance requires ongoing premiums and includes insurance costs.
  • Policy loans accrue interest and reduce available cash value and the death benefit until repaid; excessive borrowing can cause a policy to lapse and may create tax consequences, including with respect to modified endowment contract status.
  • If a policy is a modified endowment contract (MEC), loans and withdrawals are generally taxable to the extent of gain and may be subject to an additional 10% tax before age 59½. For any policy, a loan outstanding when the policy lapses or is surrendered can create taxable income. We do not provide tax advice; consult a tax professional. Tax wording, for counsel review
  • A HELOC is secured by your home; failure to repay can result in foreclosure. HELOC rates are variable and lender availability varies by state.
  • Moving debt to a line of credit does not eliminate it; savings are not assured.

Privacy

We collect what you give us (name, contact details, the situation you choose, questionnaire answers, and documents you provide) and basic usage data (pages viewed, device type). We use it to educate you, prepare for conversations, deliver the member app, and send messages you have asked for, such as the VIP list.

  • We never sell your information. “Never sell” statement and any sharing for advertising or analytics
  • Booking and email run through our service providers; each receives only what it needs. Service providers (scheduling, email, analytics, payments) and their data handling
  • Documents you provide are stored in private storage. Encryption, storage, retention and document-verification details
  • You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it by emailing [email protected].
  • VIP subscribers can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. We keep a record of consent. Unsubscribe link and consent records, once the subscription system is connected
  • This site does not set advertising cookies. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts and video thumbnails from YouTube, which receive your IP address. Analytics and trackers in use

Terms of use

By using this site, the tools or the member app, you agree that the content is educational, that you are responsible for your own financial decisions, and that you will not misuse the service. We may change or end features at any time. Where permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount, if any, you paid us for the service in question.

Any testimonial we publish is from a real client, in their own words, and reflects that client's experience. Results vary; a testimonial is not a promise of what will happen for you.
